Kazi Ahmmed Monowar, FCA

Kazi Ahmmed Monowar is one of the bright Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh having more than 25 years’ experience in the field of accounting, auditing and compliance. He is well conversant with latest accounting standards and auditing standards along with its interpretation. He is also experienced in modern management of advertisement expenses by Corporate Houses and interested in Corporate Human Resource Practices. He has wide experience in audit work of banks, NGOs, private and public listed companies, universities and work on Corporate Government compliances.

Mr. Monowar is well conversant with latest Control System and expert in selecting appropriate sample for review and audit based on risk assessment. He has been working as the Consultant of European Union on financial services. He is a procurement expert and has sufficient knowledge on procurement procedure of major donors of Government of Bangladesh like The World Bank, Asian Development Bank, European Union, United Nations etc.

Mohammad Belayet Hossain, FCA

Md. Belayet Hossain worked in different senior positions of private & public companies development agencies like World Bank, IOM, ADB before joining this firm having more than 25 years’ experiences. He has wide experience in area of internal control and internal audit (globally top standard from CITI N USA), financial audit, taxation, RJSC and financial management policy.

He is also registered consultant of ADB as financial management specialist and worked with UN and World Bank as Utility & financial management specialist. He has worked as auditor in various private & public companies (more than 100 organizations), NGOs like CARITAS, TMSS, Trade Craft Exchange, Banks including some foreign banks and financial Institutions like Agrani Bank, Janata bank Ltd., Sonali Bank Ltd., The City bank Ltd. , Islami Bank Ltd. Southeast Bank Ltd. , Jamuna Bank Ltd. , Commerce Bank Ltd. NCC BANK Ltd. Mercantile Bank Ltd. Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd., National Bank of Pakistan, State Bank of India, Standard Bank Ltd., GSP Finance Ltd, Phoenix Finance Ltd., CITI N (USA).

Md. Masudur Rahman, FCA, CS

Md. Masudur Rahman is one of the bright Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh having more than 25 years’ experience in the field of accounting, auditing and compliance. He is well conversant with latest accounting standards and auditing standards along with its interpretation, Income Tax Law, VAT, Register of Joint Stock Companies and Partnership, Securities Exchange Commission, Stock Exchange. He is also experienced in various units (like Paper Mills, Cement Mills, LP Gas Ltd, Steel Mills, Real Estate, Food & Beverage Ind. etc.) of Bashundhara Group which is the leading manufacturing organization in the country.

Mohammed Ahsan Habib Chowdhury, FCA

Mohammed Ahsan Habib Chowdhury has an illustrious corporate career spanning 25 (Twenty-five) years with reputed MNC’s in home and abroad which included Coats Bangladesh Ltd, Perfetti Van Melle Bangladesh Ltd, Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL) and Unilever Asia Private Ltd (Singapore). Mr. Chowdhury is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and M. Com (Finance) from University of Chittagong.

Mr. Chowdhury received advance audit training on risk-based audits from UK and was specially trained on audit techniques in home and abroad during his corporate stint in Unilever. During his audits in various international Unilever companies in Asia and Africa as corporate audit manager, Mr. Chowdhury had covered broad spectrums of business covering Finance, Supply Chain including safety & quality, Taxation and Governance. He has vast knowledge and practical experience in designing and implementing Internal controls, risk-based audits program, corporate governance and sox controls. Mr. Chowdhury has gathered comprehensive technical knowledge and practical experience in VAT, Income Tax and custom bond in his long corporate career.

Prior to entering public practice, Mr. Chowdhury served Coats Plc, a leading UK based MNC as Finance Director for more than 6 years. Before joining Coats, he was CFO & Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs for Perfetti Van Melle, another European MNC in food industries. Mr. Chowdhury worked for Unilever in Bangladesh and Singapore for long 15 years in different capacities like Finance Controller, Finance Manager, Corporate Audit manager and Corporate Risk controller etc.

Kazi Atikuzzaman, FCMA, FCA


Kazi Atikuzzaman is a seasoned corporate professional with nearly two decades of distinguished experience, primarily with multinational corporations (MNCs) in both domestic and international markets. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated leadership across a wide range of business functions including Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Taxation, and Corporate Governance. He possesses a versatile skill set and deep technical expertise in areas such as accounting system design, strategic planning, financial reporting, internal controls, statutory audits, external financing, product costing, risk management, process optimization, and governance frameworks.

Mr. Atik is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), he is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He did his Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce in Accounting as well.

Prior to entering public practice, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Rangs Group. Before joining Rangs, he spent five years in Sydney, Australia, where he led the Financial Reporting team at Allegis Group Australia, overseeing operations in both Australia and New Zealand. Earlier in his career, Mr. Atik held the position of Finance Manager at Coats Plc, a leading UK-based multinational company. He also held various roles at Avery Dennison, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in the United States, and at Airtel Bangladesh, a telecom service provider.
